Located near the entrance to the [[arcazion_pit|Arcazion Pit]], the pool of green liquid is surrounded by a low stone wall. The liquid continually bubbles, creating a cloud of steam above its surface.

The reflections in the pool can reveal stories and images of past events.

The steam cloud manifests itself into the shape of a man in a dark hood. It is [[shintal|Shintal]], the [[goblin|Goblin]] god of death.

The pool offers aid to any that need it. You may make a sacrifice at the pool to receive aid from one of many [[deities|godlings]].

[[eklar|Eklar]] and [[zerith|Zerith]] travel to the [[arcazion_pit|Arcazion Pit]]. Their goal is to study the history of the great battle that had been fought in this location. They also hope to find more clues about [[gulpax|Gulpax's]] power.

The two are able to study and record the events of the [[battle_of_the_arcazion_pit|great battle]]. The final image reveals [[gulpax|Gulpax]] hiding an artifact below the pool in a a secret chamber. It is a necklace with a golden skull. It radiates with magical energy.
