The [[gnome|Gnomish]] inventor [[gulpax|Gulpax's]] primary and remote laboratory/foundry.

Originally located in [[treetop_village|Treetop Village]], inside a tall, white oak tree. A door in the trunk opens to a set of stairs that lead below the tree.

The workshop was later moved to the icy wastes of the [[Frozen_Expanse|Frozen Expanse]].

As an expert crafter, [[gulpax|Gulpax]] secures valuables behind puzzle-like contraptions;

Entering the workshop, you find [[gulpax|Gulpax]] working at her wooden workbench. She quickly covers up what appears to be a giant finger made of iron. You are challenged by her faithful [[construct|Construct]], [[alpha-zero|Alpha-Zero]].

  * Presuade them both you mean no harm.
  * Disarm the [[sentry|sentry]] first.

[[alpha-zero|Alpha-Zero]] is prone to freezing and malfunctions. Once [[gulpax|Gulpax]] is finished with her repairs, you are able to tell her you were sent by the [[gimnax|queen]]. [[gulpax|Gulpax]] shares her ultimate plans with you. She is using [[zombie|zombies]] to experiment on organic limb replacement.

>//“My goal is to replace organic limbs with ones from a Construct, The connection to the brain, that’s the trick. I can’t experiment on living beings, so I use the [[undead|undead]].   * Shut down her experiment.

You eventually learn of her plan to move the workshop to the [[frozen_expanse|Frozen Expanse]].
