Lomar is quite young, despite her immense size.  She is very trusting.  She is loyal to [[gulpax|Gulpax]] and does not completely understand her true intents.

Lomar is first met under the tree of [[gulpax_s_workshop|Gulpax's Workshop]], accidentally letting slip her reason for being in [[sabek|Sabek]];

==== The Hive (GS-ADV3) =====

Lomar discovers an injured [[insectoid|Insectoid]].  Its wings are clipped and is marked with a large "X".  A swarm is approaching as [[gulpax|Gulpax]] warns you to stay perfecly still.

  * You follow the instructions as the swarm surrounds you.
  * You attempt to defend the [[insectoid|Insectoid]].

The swarm snatches the [[insectoid|Insectoid]] from Lomar's grasp.

[[gulpax|Gulpax]] and Lomar continue on their own to the [[frozen_expanse|Frozen Expanse]].

==== The Frozen Expanse (GS-ADV6) =====
On your approach to [[yulora|Yulora]], you find Lomar there. She is snatching up [[kaiika|Kaiika]] and putting them in an iron cage.

  * You attempt to defend the [[kaiika|Kaiika]].
    * Defeat Lomar and she retreats
    * Your efforts go to waste as she continues to capture her prey.

  * You help Lomar collect more.
    * The warriors disperse, leaving Lomar alone to collect even more villagers.
    * You clumsily wade into battle.  The [[kaiika|Kaiika]] gain the upper hand and chase you both off. 
    * In both cases, you are no longer welcome in the village.
 
  * You convince Lomar to release her captives.
    * Lomar relents and releases them all.
    * She ignores your pleas and continues to finish her job.

As you approach the [[glacial_palace|Glacial Palace]], your previous interactions with Lomar will determine the welcoming mood of the [[frost_giant|Frost Giants]] and [[lord_kalevaan|Lord Kalevaan]].

==== Arcazion Pit (GS-ADV7) =====
Making your way to the [[arcazion_pit|Arcazion Pit]], you find Lomar searching for a larger opening.  She is eager to enter the battle raging below.  Your relationship with Lomar has been decided in previous encounters.  Friend or foe, Lomar will join the [[battle_of_the_arcazion_pit|Battle of the Arcazion Pit]].

  * Lomar and you fight side by side.
  * Lomar considers you an enemy. 

Your decisions and fighting prowess will be instrumental in the fate of Lomar.

==== The Scrying Pool (GS-Epilogue)====

Legends are what keep storytellers busy. The stories of Lomar have been retold for hundreds of years, each with its own version and ending.

  * She became the first [[frost_giant|Frost Giant]] to serve on the Royal Court of [[nalos|Nalos]].
  * She joined the [[dragul_alliance|Dragul Alliance]] during the [[great_war|Great War]], earning the title "Bone-Breaker".
  * She was captured and caged as punishment for helping [[gulpax|Gulpax]].
  * She met her death while fighting in the [[arcazion_pit|Arcazion Pit]].
