Seeing the edict, [[lomar|Lomar]] excitedly invites you to visit the [[glacial_palace|Glacial Palace]] as a representative of the [[gimnax|queen]]. Impressed by the edict, priests at the [[temple_of_ulos|Temple of Ulos]] are more open with information than they otherwise might have been. Its implied power also helps loosen the tongue of a priestess, who reveals that [[azema's key|Azema's key]] will open the crypt leading to [[azema|Azema's]] tomb. A gate in the [[graveyard|graveyard]] bears a symbol that matches the seal on the edict. You find a the same symbol above a stone door in [[undercity|Azema's catacombs]].
