“The Mad Prisoner's" diary, found in the Archives of Kulbak Prison, requires an offering for its contents to be read;

>//You see a rusty nail protruding from the binding and suspect the journal is a bloodbook, its true text only revealed when it drinks from a reader.// - Backstory Codex - Bookworm (RPA-BC)

In Affril, Plane of Knowledge, you meet a Klynoks who seems to recognize you, ultimately revealing himself to have once been Umin;

>//One of the crystal-faced Klynoks approaches, and reaches out to touch your forehead. You feel a buzzing in your mind, and then a voice: “I know you. You followed the path of my writings, and now have arrived among my greatest work. They called me mad, but now you know the truth: I spent years as a researcher for the Archives, and as a reward the Klynoks let me join their number.”// - Backstory Codex - Bookworm (RPA-BC)

Based on your decisions, he will punish you, grant you the knowledge you seek, or set you on a path to recording all the world's knowledge yourself.
