Rows and rows of cells line the cell block of Kulbak Prison. The walls are made of thick stone. Each cell is barred and locked from the outside. Prisoners are given a bed, a mattress, an itchy gray uniform, and nothing else.

Lockdown is enforced each evening. Each morning, the cell doors are opened and prisoners are able to move about the prison, all under the watchful eyes of the Construct guards.

The exterior gates to the prison are said to be enchanted. - Lockup (LU)

You discover there is an entrance to the underground catacombs in the Cell Block.
