A frozen world of ice and snow where the statue of [[uumloktesh|Uumloktesh]] resides. Temperatures are so consistently below freezing that water in its liquid form is a foreign concept. Home to the [[ice_wyrm|ice wyrm]] and to a strange “orange-skinned creature with several roaming eyestalks” who can only survive in the cold.

  * Depending on which faction you side with, you will join the fray with their representative:
      * If you defeat the opposition and are favored by the character, they will greet you warmly. You claim the site, and find a blue rune.
      * If you defeat the opposition and are disfavored by the character, you will claim the site, finding a blue rune.
      * If you fall to the opposition, you stumble through a rift back to [[elsifor_s_tent|Elsifor's Tent]] at [[brizoor_waal|Brizoor Waal]] in defeat.
