When you first arrive at the trail, you watch as [[annabelle_duntum|a pig with a black, swan-shaped spot]] falls into the river just after picking up a music box in the mud:

  * Jump in to save the pig and make your way to the [[underwater_caverns|Underwater Caverns]].
  * Sift through the muck and find some gold.

Lady Dorothea's final diary entry was written here, cataloguing what became of the royal Duntum family;

>//For all these years, the [[forgotten_forest|woods]] have been our protector. No army and no bandits could disturb [[castle_carleval|Castle Carleval]] because none could find it. Now the forest will be our undoing.//
