He currently is a member of the [[heroes_guild|Heroes Guild]]. On one of his last missions, he was ambushed by the [[hobgoblin|Hobgoblin]], [[wendel|Wendel]]. The assassination attempt was a success.

During his explorations, he came into possesion of a [[durgolium box|durgolium box]]. His travels led him to the [[saurian_wasteland|Saurian Wasteland]].

As [[kethra|Kethra's]] gate opens, [[nayo|Nayo]] spies her childhood friend Zug about to be ambushed by a small [[hobgoblin|Hobgoblin]]. Leaping through the gate, she startles both of them before you can react. [[kethra|Kethra]] slams the portal shut before you can offer any aid. You are left uncertain about any of their fates.

You find Zug in the [[saurian wasteland|Saurian Wasteland]]. Sadly, he is missing an [[severed_ear|ear]]. Sadder still, he is dead. Apparently [[nayo|Nayo]] was unable to defend him from the assassin. You witness a group of [[saurian_priests|Saurian priests]] hold a ritualistic funeral for [[nayo|Nayo's]] friend. His body is dropped in a fissure near the [[dunshab lakebed|Dunshab Lakebed]].
