Cyclops

A hulking creature with only one eye.

A challenge at the Colosseum of Ashes involves shooting the eye of a Cyclops with an arrow;

“Victory goes to the first to hit the eye,” the Elf standing next to you explains. She nocks an arrow in anticipation.

Suddenly, a rift opens and an enormous Cyclops charges into the center of the arena. He swings his right hand wildly and knocks over three of the archers before they are even able to take their first shot. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-Tome-SQ1-58)

• Your arrow finds its mark almost immediately and the Cyclops returns through the rift, cementing your win.
• Another archer wins the contest after you are battered away by the Cyclops.

You watch as a Cyclops inspects the foliage and leaves in the nursery in the Arcazion Pit. He seems to be testing them to see if they absorb the smoke from the torch he is carrying. If they do, he orders them carried off toward the Colossus.

You are faced with a choice as the Cyclops is attacked.

• Join in the fight against the Cylcops.
• Defend the Cyclops so he can finish his task at hand.

A Cyclops bursts from Taron's Arena and rampages toward an Elf child, whose father drops a scroll bearing your mark, rolling into a fire:

• Usher out and save the civilians, and the father will reward you with the scroll;

• Grab the scroll, and leave with destiny in your mind and retribution in your heart.
