Lower Chambers

One entrance to the Insectoid Hive. The floor is covered with dead Insectoids.

The cavern walls have streaks of a pale stone known as Yolkstone.

There is evidence that other explorers have ventured into these chambers. Old tunnels branching from the chamber reveal the skeletal remains of previous adventurers.

The cartographer Nayo has set up camp here after attempting to rescue the Immortal Knight Imbri from the Insectoids. When you enter the chamber, you find she has been wounded but willing to fight if you become aggressive.

• Ask everyone to lower their weapons.
• Knock the blade from her hand.

Following this encounter, you learn that she was wounded searching for the Immortal Knight. She asks for your aid in mapping the Hive.

• Agree with Alpha-Zero and turn her down.
• Agree to help her.

She suggests using red ichor to mask your scent from the Insectoids. It will need to be mixed with something else to counteract its acidic nature.
