Ulrir's Splitting Maul

An axe, or splitting maul, is the classic tool of a woodsman. The blade is sharpened and honed to a fine edge, capable of cutting a variety of items. The wood handle of this particular tool is curved to aid in handling it effectively.

Found at the peak of Goldbelly Mountain, you decide to add it to your gear. Upon further inspection, it is evident that this once belonged to Ulrir.

You inspect the splitting maul and find that it glows with unnatural light. As you swing it about, it crackles with power. - Ascending Kethra's Steppe (GS-ADV4)

With the help of a pair of dowsing rods, you approach a silver Elm Tree. The axe cuts through the tree with one swing. The wood will prove useful on Redtooth Peak.
