You travel aboard the icebreaker, Merrin's Hammer, under the command of Captain Landrus. Rough seas lie ahead as you travel to the Frozen Expanse.

Arriving in the Frozen Expanse, Captain Landrus provides you with a compass and some advice. He also hints at his interest in any pelts you might acquire on your trek.

He believes a trade route between the Saurians and the Kaiika village in the Frozen Expanse could prove quite profitable. - (GS-Journal)

When the blacksmith in your party confronts the Sorceress in Black, Captain Landrus and his crew are able to aid in the fight. Landrus proves to be quite effective with a sword.

An animal tamer in the party may attempt to summon a hellhound. While impressed with the effort, Landrus is not overly interested in the creature.

As legend has it, the Immortal Knight Imbri is slain while in the Frozen Expanse. You witness Captain Landrus and his crew honoring her fallen body. Landrus place her helm on his head.
