Charging you with two objectives, clear the catacombs of the undead and stop Gulpax from using them for her experiments, Queen Gimnax hands you her official orders.

According to Dobrik, the edict gives you full access to the queen's armory.

Seeing the edict, Lomar excitedly invites you to visit the Glacial Palace as a representative of the queen.

Impressed by the edict, priests at the Temple of Ulos are more open with information than they otherwise might have been. Its implied power also helps loosen the tongue of a priestess, who reveals that Azema's key will open the crypt leading to Azema's tomb.

A gate in the graveyard bears a symbol that matches the seal on the edict. You find a the same symbol above a stone door in Azema's catacombs.

Gulpax is not impressed that you have the edict.
