The tunnels can be found in the foothills of the Arcazion Mountains. They were carved by the first Frost Giants to live in the Frozen Expanse. They eventually lead to a cavern roughly the size of a small city. Located behind a maze of hovering blue crystal shards is an enormous dome.

Entering the dome, you discover that this is the new location for Gulpax's workshop. It is buried deep in the Arcazion Pit. You are greeted by massive, glowing red eyes.
