Kulbak Prison

Large penitentiary of apprehended criminals in Nalos and captured Dragul soldiers.

On your arrival at Kulbak, a dozen Construct guards march you into a multi-floor cell block packed with Dragul prisoners. Gnolls, Kobolds, and Insectoids lean over railings to watch as the guards take your belongings and put you in an itchy gray uniform. You receive insults and threats from the tiers above. - Eye of Ulos (RPA-ADV4)

To keep the convicts occupied, Kulbak Prison employs them to work;

“We provide every prisoner at Kulbak with a bed and a warm meal. In exchange, we expect an honest day’s labor.“ - Hana Mercy, Crack in Kulbak (RPA-ADV5)

Inmates are outfitted with anklets upon arrival at the prison, as learned from meeting an escaped Insectoid in Undercity;

The iron anklet he wears bears the mark of Kulbak Prison. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV3)

All prisoners are also marked by the sign of the prison – crossed keys;

When you arrive, Warden Mercy and three of her Construct guards strip you of your weapons and clothes. One guard pours a bucket of cold water over your head. Another brands your shoulder with the symbol of crossed keys. - Crack in Kulbak (RPA-ADV5)

The Construct guards of Kulbak have been known to leave the prison and chase down escaped convicts;

As you make your way across the root path, a group of Construct guards surround you, weapons drawn. One Construct steps forward and pulls a wanted poster from her bag. She consults the poster and looks you over. - Tome of Encounters (RPA-ADV6)

Blood Alchemists - Hobgoblins

Tallclaw Assassins - Bugbears Proudly delivered the heads of Elvish nobility to the Demon General Murbik. They now conspire to claim the head of the warden of Kulbak Prison.

Siege Breakers - Gnolls This elite unit broke into the toughest Dwarven strongholds during the war. Now they improvise gear to breach the walls of Kulbak Prison. Their leader is named Kur the Red. They ransacked a monastery.

The Fighting 87th - Goblins Surviving members of the 87th battalion of Goblin soldiers. They amuse themselves by pitting factions against each other, building tensions to spark a riot. Their leader is Vrax.

Hagron's Hardbacks - Insectoids Their motto during the war: “The best soldiers are born in their armor.” Their motto now: “Dig silently. Kill anyone who learns of the tunnel.”

Tobak's Gang - Dwarves Led by the wild-haired Dwarf Tobak.

Green Eyes - Orcs Led by Rek.

Recreation

The inmates have access to an exercise yard where many fights between rival gangs break out.

A few games are played within the prison as well:
