A sandy floored cave on the coast of Jolev frequented by the youth.

The Giant Trolls Urka and Songak use it as a temporary residence while nursing the ill Halfling girl Esther Dunegrass back to health.

Near the back of the cave sits an old wooden door. It has been decaying from many years of exposure to the sea sprays that enter the cave. Behind the door is a passage that goes underground. It ends at a tall tower in the center of Jolev.

Entering the cave, you find two Trolls sitting around the fire. They are distracted by spitting pigs for their meal.

• Attack the Trolls while their backs are turned.
• Attempt to parley.

Whether our decision leads to blood shed or casual conversation, you discover that the trolls are friends of Esther Dunegrass.

Stepping from the rift in Sabek, you enter the cave and find the remains of a recent pig roast. One loan, unual pig is frozen in horror, witnessing what recently transpired.

You will encounter Klynoks in the cave. Your previous interactions will determin if this encounter is friendly or hostile.

When visiting the Shadowy Cave, Rose, Tarik Nowlin, and King Taron all think on a multitude of memories made within its walls.
