If you let Gimlix go in Jolev, you meet the Gnome again in Undercity, extracting a strange wand from the ground.

If you touch the gemstone atop it you are brought back to your fight against Vyrandore during the Dragul Invasion:

• If you show resolve and overcome your fearful memory, walking away with additional strength.
• Otherwise, you succumb to the painful memory of her Dragon fire.

Traveling from the Forgotten Forest with King Taron, you both witness Vryandore and her brood of dragons circling in the distant horizon.

You and King Taron seek passage to the Isle of Winter in hopes of gaining an audience with the Queen of the Dragons.

Finding Vryandore on Dagger Peak, she asks you to hand over the ring so she can join minds with all the other Dragons.

• Give her the ring. This decision will cause Taron to draw his sword in anger.
• Give the ring to King Taron. Vyrandore will advance aggressively as she prepares for battle.

The result of the ensuing battle will determine if Vyrandore gains possession of the ring or not. It will also determine who's trust you have gained.

If you have gained her trust, she may ask you to keep the red pearl safe.

Vyrandore fights for the Dragul against a Dragonkin Starlit Door cultist with a Grayfolk and a King's Guard soldier inside a temple in Affril, Plane of Knowledge:

• If you side with the Dragul, you will fight alongside her:
  • If you defeat the opposition and are favored by the Dragon, she will greet you warmly. You claim the site, and find a purple rune.
  • If you defeat the opposition and are disfavored by the Dragon, you will not be exonerated but claim the site, finding a purple rune.
  • If you fall to the opposition, you stumble through a rift back to Elsifor's Tent at Brizoor Waal in defeat.
