The Eye allows one to see into the future;

First seen in [[sabek|Sabek]], [[masik|Masik]] reveals that the Eye of Ulos is one of six keys for opening [[brizoor_waal|Brizoor Waal]];

When traveling to [[iktel|Iktel, Plane of Frost]], the Eye becomes one with the statue of [[uumloktesh|Uumloktesh]];

>//Near the peak, the Eye of Ulos rolls off the trail and into deep snow. You follow it to a point just below the statue’s back...You also see a single empty socket in the statue’s elbow where, presumably, another eye should be. The Eye of Ulos is drawn to that space.//
