Known to provide gifts of fiends inside small glass marbles to help adventurers on their journey.

Has empty, black, bottomless eyes and appears in heavy black or olive robes.

She resides in a plane of floating islands of stone, each no larger than a hay cart, connected by a network of rope and vines. Each island hosts a portal through which you can spy into foreign planes.

Kethra oversees all transitions and passageways. She permits or restricts exchanges between the planes. Azema’s new plane of Ulos combines elements of all others, creating many new opportunities, responsibilities, and complications for Kethra. She is here to observe Ulos in all its complexity, so that she may apply her powers here. - Dawn of Ulos
