Nefras, the snake-faced Goddess of Judgement, rules over the realms of dream and memory. She observes all souls in the planarverse to discover their true nature and reward them accordingly. But Nefras is not the Goddess of Retribution. She does not bring order to the lawless or punishment to the wicked. Serpentine goddess of judgement, she weighs and observes souls throughout Ulos based on the actions they take over the course of their lives.

Often seen wrapped in mist and a gray-brown cloak, she is said to be able to change her form and is an astute fighter. Has a penetrating gaze.

Nefras is sharp-minded and curious in how those who walk Ulos will conduct themselves in pivotal moments.

During the reign of Queen Gimnax, the Kobold priest Khathandor credits the goddess as able to read the alignment of those in the world;

The snake-faced goddess controls a mystical labyrinth designed to test the souls of mortals from across the planarverse as they slumber. Nefras is drawn to Ulos because Azema has built a plane that will connect mortals from every plane in the waking world. Time will tell, but Ulos may prove to be a better realm for judgement than her maze. In any case, Azema’s world should produce interesting lives to weigh on the scales of judgement. - Dawn of Ulos
