Nefras
Goddess of Judgement and Dreams
Nefras, the snake-faced Goddess of Judgement, rules over the realms of dream and memory. She observes all souls in the planarverse to discover their true nature and reward them accordingly. Instead, the Scale-faced One assesses mortal hearts and empowers their owners with appropriate gifts. - Backstory Codex (RPA-BC)

Nefras partakes in gilkaberry tea for reading fortunes;
Draining most of the gilkaberry tea from her cup, the snake-faced fortune teller stares at the black sludge at the bottom. - Backstory Codex (BC-Doomed)
The snake-faced goddess controls a mystical labyrinth designed to test the souls of mortals from across the planarverse as they slumber. Nefras is drawn to Ulos because Azema has built a plane that will connect mortals from every plane in the waking world. Time will tell, but Ulos may prove to be a better realm for judgement than her maze. In any case, Azema’s world should produce interesting lives to weigh on the scales of judgement. - Dawn of Ulos
