Former Construct guard at Kulbak Prison who was initially found in disrepair. Upon reassembly has a strange vision of itself at the Gurlung Colossus, wearing white robes and sacrificing a Human.

“I had the strangest dream. I made a pilgrimage to the Colossus. I wore long white robes. And I think I killed someone, a live Human sacrifice to the gods. Does that sound crazy? It’s possible that the severing of my head resulted in a permanent degradation of my ability to form rational thoughts.” - Crack in Kulbak (RPA-ADV5) 

At the Kulbak Prison exercise yard, you may acquire the severed head of B-143 from a group of Bugbears affiliated with the Tallclaw Assassins.

In the Archives, you are able to reattach B-143's head to his body;

You snap the head back onto the Construct guard. His eyes flicker to life, and he pulls himself to his feet. - Crack in Kulbak (RPA-ADV5) 

Following your escape, you meet B-143 on the road;

“I’ve come to the conclusion,” he explains, “that my dream was a vision of things to come. I am taking a pilgrimage to the Gurlung Colossus. At first. I thought my mental capacities had become impaired when my head was severed, but now I know the truth: I have seen my destiny.” - Crack in Kulbak (RPA-ADV5) 

Gulpax's notes are found throughout the defunct colossus.

In her journal, Gulpax writes of building this Colossus, its sentries, and then the Construct race. She tells of unearthing several artifacts from other planes to power the sentries and to guide the Colossus on voyages across the planarverse.

Several entries mention the Immortal Knight of Nalos, who was at first concerned by Gulpax’s experiments but was eventually persuaded to join her expeditions.

There are several torn-out pages in the back of the journal where Gulpax apparently crafted spells. A few examples of her spellcrafting remain. You tear these out and roll them up for future use.

“These were here in a chest with the journal Gulpax the Crafter kept as she made the first Constructs. It says Gulpax abducted a male Human in white robes and brought him here to study. She wanted our bodies to be just like his. So you see, my dream wasn’t exactly right, but it wasn’t exactly wrong either. How can that be?” - B-143 - Gurlung Colossus (RPA-ADV9)
