Immortal Knight during the reign of King Taron.

Rumors abound regarding Sir Faris. He was last seen defending Ulos during the Dragul Invasion. His disappearance is a mystery. Ulos desperately needs their champion back. King Taron, Starlit Door, and the Dragul have all sent out search parties, hoping to be the first to find him…hopefully alive.

A book, The Immortal Knight’s Journey, details a number of his incredible adventures. It documents his many travels, including his quest to travel through rifts to collect powerful artifacts. Tarik Nowlin introduces himself as connected with Sir Faris;

The Orc Undercity Thieves Guild guard mentions in passing that during the Dragul Invasion Sir Faris fought alongside Tarik Nowlin in the Black Dunes, slaying a Dragon.

The ghost of King Taron reveals to you that he is the reason Sir Faris has gone missing.

You have been tasked with finding the Immortal Knight who is apparently lost in another plane. Using the Gurlung Colossus is your best chance of finding him…if you can get it working again.

Finding the Gnome Gimlix on the bridge of the Colossus, he surprisingly knows of your quest to seek out the missing Immortal Knight. Gundur, the Goblin, is also on the bridge, unhappy to see you associating with Gimlix. They both demand to help you pilot the Colossus to Affril.

• Stand with Gimlix and chase Gundur away.
• Stand with Gundur and make Gimlix flee.

Entering a grove of statues, you discover the Immortal Knight. A statue in his likeness stands guard over his sarcophagus. A plaque reads:

Sir Ameed Faris, of the Order of Immortal Knights, one of many who gave their lives to defend the integrity of the Planarverse.”

Opening the sarcophagus, you find the Human remains of Sir Faris. His armor is missing, but it is undeniably him.
