Imbri is moral and just. She is one who always abides by the law of the land.
“I understand that these are your traditions, but that is not the law in Wildwood.” - Imbri - Explorers Guide (GS-Guide-ADV1-1)
“I’m taking you into custody and turning you over to the Queen’s Guard. I’m not above the law, and neither are you. It is not for me to decide your fate.” - Imbri - Explorers Guide (GS-Guide-ADV1-11)
You find Gulpax’s Journal while investigating the antechamber of the Gurlung Colossus. She has made several mentions of the Immortal Knight being concerned with her experiments.
During the Festival of Heroes procession and fanfare, a Werewolf leaps into the parade and disrupts the celebration;
The Immortal Knight is thrown from her saddle when her horse rears, kicking its front legs wildly. Here you catch a better glimpse of the assailant — a Werewolf slashes the horse’s flank then barrels towards an old woman. - Festival of Heroes (GS-ADV1)
If overpowered by Arnon in his Werewolf form at the Temple of Shintal, you bear witness to him attacking Imbri as well;
She pulls the beast off of you and the Werewolf slashes her face and neck with its claws. The knight staggers back as the wolf disappears into the shadows, his mother trailing after him.
Still bleeding, the knight gives chase, leaving only a broken Werewolf fang behind. You hope that she seeks out a healer. If her wounds are infected, she may soon share the Werewolf's curse. - Festival of Heroes (GS-ADV1)
Once chosen to join the Heroes Guild, Imbri sends you to Sabek on your next quest.
Standing in Queen Gimnax's throne room, you learn that Imbri has been captured by the Insectoids. You must travel to Ty Farzan to search for her. Many fear that she was infected by the Werewolf's bite…or even worse, dead.
Nayo, the cartographer, informs you that she saw Imbri being carried into the hive by an insectoid drone.
If Imbri was infected by the Werewolf, you may have a chance to save her using a potion concocted by Earta, if you are willing to sacrifice an Insectoid.
“My son inflicted wounds on the Immortal Knight. I saw it with my own eyes. She could be spared from the onset of this vile disease. Many more could be cured. Isn’t that worth the life of a single Insectoid?” - Earta - Explorers Guide (GS-Guide-ADV3-6)
Sneaking into the hive, you find her immersed in a pool of blue ichor. Assuming the worst, you may either:
In either case, you discover that Imbri was not a prisoner of the Insectoids. Instead, they have been attempting to heal her from the many wounds suffered from her fight with a would-be assassin.
Imbri parts ways with your group, hoping to track down the Dragul agent hired by the Order of Assassins. The assassin has been targeting members of the Heroes Guild.
While exploring the Saurian Wasteland, you discover a secret cavern. There, you find Imbri and Nayo. They have captured Awook, a Dragul agent who has been paying the Order of Assassins to thin out the ranks of the Heroes Guild.
Imbri's wounds appear to have fully healed.
Landrus and his crew discover Imbri's body in the Frozen Expanse. There are many rumors as to her ultimate demise:
There are even rumors that she is still alive. But those rumors are few and far between.
