Demon
Powerful beings from other planes. Demons have a reputation for being agents of “chaos and destruction” (BC: Caretaker). Though the most powerful among them have magic capable of transporting others across time and space, or seem even to be able to reshape certain aspects of reality, they are not invulnerable. Demons can be bound to objects or expelled using magic. Demons can also be bound to their word, rendered incapable of violating the terms of a contract or verbal agreement (BC: Caretaker).
Demons vary in size and shape, though most are characterized by large pointed horns that protrude from their heads;
Suddenly you detect a familiar sulfurous stench. You turn, expecting to see the Demon Tazzerak but are surprised by a towering, horned, red, Ogre-like monstrosity with familiar flaming eyes. - Backstory Codex - Caretaker (RPA-BC)
Demons are often associated with the smell of sulphur (BC: Caretaker).
You are overwhelmed by a sulfurous stench. At the center of a small crater created by the blast stands an androgynous, young man. Small horns protrude from his forehead, and his eyes dance with flame. - (BC: Caretaker).
There is at least one Demon prisoner at Kulbak. It is not clear if they remain there by choice or if they have been bound to the prison, or trapped in a private cell, through magical means.
The Tallclaw Assassins, the Bugbear regiment and prison gang, fought under the Demon General Murbik during the most recent conflict between Nalos and the Dragul. They also “proudly delivered the heads of Elvish nobility” to him during the war.

Though uncommon, it is possible for a Demon to fall in love with a Human;
He considers it, and looks up at you, flaming eyes somehow brimming with tears. “I have lost someone dear to me. This brooch is my memorial. You are gracious and it will not be forgotten.” - Tazzerak, Backstory Codex - Caretaker (RPA-BC)
